Details you give us through the demo form or site chat (such as your name, email, phone number and practice details), and basic technical data needed to run the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange demos, and run and improve the service. We do not sell your information.

Patient information

Please do not send patient health information through this website. Patient data handled by the Cuspen service for a practice is governed by our agreement with that practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA applies.
